BDW at Night
Want to have the experience of an innovative BDW course but can’t enroll for the year-long postgraduate program? With BDW at Night you can take courses proven in our full-time curriculum and taught by the same BDW faculty––professionals and entrepreneurs who can teach you everything from learning code to launching a startup.
We provide a variety of learning opportunities––from short-form six-week courses to full- fourteen-week semesters, BDW at Night is for people looking to accelerate their learning curve and careers. Offered year-around, we offer a range of learning experiences geared for a variety of skill levels, from absolute beginner to advanced coders.
Taught by a collaborative group of BDW Faculty that have backgrounds in branding and design, Branding class will run in 3-hour sessions once a week for 6 weeks and cover design, emotional value of brands, design thinking, brand identity and more.
This class will meet Tuesdays 6-9pm starting the week of September 16th for six weeks.
User Experience Design is built on the realization that products in the 21st century live in extended technology-fueled commercial ecosystems. If designers are to create meaningful user experiences for this ecosystem, they must be able to communicators across a variety of user interfaces. These designers ultimately need to make as well as they think. This course focuses on the necessity of empathy to create compelling user experiences and how it can work to integrate the dynamic between humans, objects and their environments.
This class will meet Mondays 6-9pm starting the week of September 16th for six weeks.

WordPress one introduces you to setting up hosting, both remote and local, the installation process, and understanding plugins and themes. Learn to configure WordPress to create blogs and sites with desired structure and functionality. Gain insight to managing users and facilitating conversation. Best practices for navigation, page layout, social integration, and SEO are also addressed.
This class will meet Wednesdays 6-9pm starting the week of September 16th for six weeks.
